Hi colin,
?They say the best time to buy property was ten years ago. The second
best time is now.?
Most people sit on the sidelines, and say ?I wish I?d jumped in the
market then? and they don?t act. So, time passes, and when prices
increase (as they always do?) they again wish that if only they?d been
in the market, then they?d have done well.
So, what keeps property buyers from acting?
We sat down with Rich Harvey from propertybuyer.com.au, and asked him
that question.
His response: The biggest reasons are fear and uncertainty. Buying a
property is a big investment, and it is not an investment that is easy to
get into, or get out of. So, a lack of knowledge often keeps people from
acting.
As a professional property buyer, acting ONLY on behalf of his clients,
he helps in several important ways.

Workshops? hear what he has to say about how you can get into action and
invest in property.
Don?t sit around, and then regret not acting. This is the perfect time
to buy? markets are set for a rise. Act now, so you can tell your story
in ten years, about your ?deal of the century?.
